Hull, deck, Bulkheads and Internal structures
Hull, deck, bulkheads and internal structures are made from multiaxial E-glass prepreg, sandwich construction: epoxy rein and foam core PVC Corecell with density 60-90 kg/m3.
Mountings of hull, deck, bulkheads and internal structures are made with filler and sizing by wet corners.
All the laminate components: hull, deck, bulkheads and internal structures are from 3 main layers, in the beginning – inside layer of E-glass, then foam core, then outside layer of E-glass. 
Vacuum moulding «Vacuum bag» is used on each stage due to make max ratio E-glass and resin. 

 

 

Carbon reinforcements are laid in the places of max load: mountings of keel, stock rudder, chain plates, stay,  backstay.
 All the composite details are проходят thermal treatment in moulds, Temperature 8012 hours.
           Bulb – is a long and lead torpedo, is built on CNC.

 

 

 

 

Fin keel is built in CNC from sheets of stainless steel with outside skin from E-glass, rudder – from carbonfibre and rudder stock – stainless steel.
Rudder blade is built from carbon with sandwich’s filler – foam core with rudder stock from stainless steel. It is mounted to hull with the help of Jefa bearings.

The boat is built due to the Technologies High Modulus, NZ, and is painted by 2-component epoxy paints, which protect hull from aggressive influence of sea water.
